"Ezekiel was great! He was very thorough and thoughtful with the estimates, making sure that we had every avenue available to us possible. He even came back to personally explain the estimates to me because he understood that my husband and I work opposite shifts and wanted to make sure we both heard the same information before deciding what we would do. He was personable, friendly, and honestly could have fit in with our family that is how comfortable we were with him being here. The actual work didn't go to plan timing wise but that was due to waiting on the power company and not Ezekiel or anyone with Mr. Sparky. While the guys were here only a few hours later than expected, they did the work as quickly and efficiently as possible. They made sure everything was the way it was supposed to be, triple checked everything, and then went over it all, explaining again what we were looking at and made sure we were happy with what was done. Ezekiel and Andrew were great while in the house and we really appreciate that they did everything they could to make sure that not only what we asked for was done but that it was efficient and quality work.
